Description
Henry (II) of Hastings has given, granted and by this his present charter established, to Lindores Abbey, all his land of Flinder in the Garioch (ABD) by its right bounds, which he had at the time of his donation, in exchange for the second teinds that the abbey has been accustomed to receive from his lands beyond the Mounth by the gift of Earl David his grandfather, in perpetuity, with all its just pertinents, rights and easements, in pure and perpetual alms, free and quit from all exaction, custom and demand, and from all secular services.
