Description
King Malcolm to Uthred, son of Fergus, and his brother, Gilbert, and Ralph, son of Dunegal, and his brother, Domnall, and all his worthy men of Galloway and Clydesdale; he has given his firm peace to men going to Galloway to lodge or dwell in the land of Dunrod; he has confirmed charters by which Fergus [lord of Galloway] and his son, Uthred, gave and confirmed this land to Holyrood Abbey.
