Description
Baldwin, sheriff of Lanark, donates and grants in perpetuity to Paisley Priory, the church of Inverkip (RNF) with all that pennyland between the burns where the church is built, and with the whole of its parish, and with all its just pertinents, in free and perpetual alms, as freely as they possess the churches of Strathgryfe by the gift of Walter son of Alan (I), steward of the king of Scotland, saving the holding of Robert, chaplain of Renfrew, in his lifetime.
