- Agreement between (i) the chapter of Moray, and (ii) Sir Alexander of Stirling. Alexander and his heirs by his wife, the daughter of Sir Freskin of Kerdal, will hold at feuferme of the chapter a half davoch of land that they have at Daviot (INV), and pertaining to the church there, rendering to the chapter 2 marks yearly for all service and demands, making forinsec sevice on the pertaining lands.
