Description
Hugh Lorens and Ada, his wife, daughter and heir of Simon Fraser, have granted and by this their charter established to Kelso Abbey, the donation which Simon Fraser made of the church of Keith (Humbie, ELO), with all that land and wood, by the stated bounds, in free and perpetual alms. Additionally, the monks and their men are to be free and quit from multure, parish teinds and from the duty to work at the mill and mill pool, just as the charter of Simon Fraser testifies.
