Document 3/467/2 (Kel. Lib., no. 69)

Description
Robert de Pesale, by the concession of his wife, Susanna, and Mabil, her mother, has remitted and quitclaimed to Kelso Abbey all charges against them which he may have said he was owed and will not follow through any charge against the monks concerning any fishery which may be, or was, between the pool fishery of Orde (BWK) and the fishery of Blackwell (BWK). The monks received him, his wife and his heirs into their fraternity and made them partakers of every benefit of the church.
