Gilbert (I) de Umfraville has granted the donation which Malcolm, king of Scotland, made to Kelso Abbey concerning the church of Keith (Humbie, ELO), and he has donated to the said church of Kelso, and by charter confirmed in perpetual alms, whatever pertained to him in the same church of Keith, with lands, pastures, and all right.
