Document 2/139/91 (Scone Lib., no. 101)

Description
Pope Honorius III writes to the abbot of Scone, noting his request that since he does not have experience in the law and on account of a formality of justice which might impede his tranquillity; he therefore indulges that none of the others which befall the abbey may go forward, even by papal commission, unless mention is made of an indulgence of this sort.
