Description
Pope Gregory IX permits the bishop of Glasgow, as provided in statutes of the General Council, that no more than two ‘dietas’ may be brought to court outwith the diocese and he indulges that the bishops may not be brought to court beyond the Scottish sea, unless mention is made of this indulgence.
