Description
Pope Innocent IV writes to the abbot, co-abbots and convents of the entire Cistercian order noting the special privileges which the order enjoys and directing that these not be corrected by any other; if anyone goes against this statute, then it shall be null and void; and if by chance any sentence is made, none shall hold firm, saving mandate of the apostolic see.
