Earl Patrick of Dunbar has quitclaimed to St Cuthbert and the monks of Durham (Durham Cathedral Priory) the land in Swinton (BWK) between Fogo and Swinton which the earl unjustly claimed from them. He wills them to hold the land by the stated bounds.
