Description
Earl Patrick of Dunbar for Dryburgh Abbey; has given land called ‘Elwinesley’, two oxgangs of land in Earlston (BWK) with toft and croft that is next to road that ascends to cross on west side of villa, with with common pasture. Moreover, he has granted and given toft in his burgh of Dunbar (ELO), which belonged to Hugh late chaplain of Sir Patrick his uncle, with a house and 2 ½ acres of land which Hugh held in villa and territory of Dunbar.
