Description
Duncan, son of Gilbert son of Fergus, for Melrose Abbey; he has given, granted, and by this his charter has established, the land of Maybole-beg (AYR); moreover, he has given to them, and established by this his charter, all of Beoch (AYR), in free, pure and perpetual alms, but they shall give him each year two marks of silver in payment for Beoch.
