Description
Abbot Ralph and convent of Dunfermline for Malcolm, son of Malcolm of Frendraught; have given, for his homage and service, lands of 'Cupermacultyn' (Couttie, PER), Keithick (PER), Fordie (PER), 'Dummernech' (later Dalmarnock, PER), excepting all service, exactions and demands, that is, rights and possessions in which John of Frendraught was vested and seised on day that he surrendered and resigned lands to Dunfermline in perpetuity through staff and wand. The said Malcolm shall have forfeiture of cattle and sheep of their league of men remaining within land. Dunfermline shall have excess forfeiture of cattle and sheep.
