Description
King Alexander II for Kelso Abbey; has granted donation which Simon Fraser made of church of Keith (now Humbie, ELO), with all that land and wood south of burn beside church, by the marches contained in confirmation of Hervey, son of Philip the marischal, with common easements in wood of Hervey and his men. The monks shall be free from multure and they shall hold said alms as charter of Simon and confirmation of Hervey bear witness
