Description
Richard, perpetual vicar of Kilmaurs (AYR), dean of Kyle, recites letters of Robert, bishop of Glasgow, commanding him to institute and bring into corporeal possession of the abbot and convent of Paisley an incumbent to the church of Craigie (AYR), saving whatever rights, and also the portion of the vicar which the abbot and convent might present. Richard, by the authority of this mandate, has instituted into the said church and brought into the corporeal possession of Paisley Abbey, Sir Henry of Rutherglen, a fellow monk.
