Archbishop Thomas to Algar, clerk; complains that he had, contrary to archbishop's orders, given chrism and holy oil intended for church of Glasgow, to clergy in Teviotdale in diocese of Durham; orders that clergy are to refrain from using chrism and oil within eight days of receipt of letter on pain of suspension from office.
