Edward de Balliol, son of the late Lord John de Balliol, former king of Scots, has given his lord, Lord Edward, by the grace of God, king of England and France, the kingdom and crown of Scotland, and he transferred all right and claim that he had to Edward, making sasine with the oath, stated in full.
