Alexander, king of Scots, commands William de Swinburne, his baillie of Tynedale, to improve (or enclose) and let to farm all lands, meadows and pastures taken into king's hands by last itinerant justices in Tynedale, for king's advantage, according to valuation of said lands, made before said justices and according to customs of kingdom of England.
