Description
Robert, king of Scots, to Alexander Fraser his chamberlain of Scotland or his lieutenant, commanding him to ensure payment to Scone abbey of the teinds of all his mills of Perth. And if the fermers wish to hold back they may be justly compelled to make restitution to the abbey.
