Biography
Watt and Murray, Fasti, 346: Reginald (Reinald, Ronald) was a monk of Melrose when he was elected bishop of Ross at Dunfermline on 27 February 1195, being consecrated to the see of Rosemarkie on 10 September 1195 at St Andrews. He was given the nickname of 'Macer' in the Chronicle of Roger de Hoveden. He died on 13 December 1213.
