On horseback to sinister, in chain mail surcoat, flat-topped helmet, sword in right hand, shield suspended from neck bearing arms : A lion rampant. He wears a flat-topped helmet and thereon a crescent. The caparisons of his horse are of a chequered pattern, and cover all his body.
